Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
MBC Media, operated by Messenger Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 87 693 646 114), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we collect your email address, your phone number if you give it, the service you choose, whether you want drone footage and the state of your shoot. If you then work with us, we collect the details you give us to plan and deliver the job.
How we use it
- To send you the details you asked for and reply to your enquiry.
- To plan, deliver and invoice your job. This includes sharing the shoot details needed with the local videographer or photographer we book for you.
We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it's kept
Form enquiries are received through our website host (Netlify), passed through Zapier and delivered to our business email (Microsoft 365). These providers may store data outside Australia.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it, for example which pages are viewed and whether people arrived from a search or an ad. Google Analytics only runs if you click Accept on our cookie notice. It sets cookies so Google can count visits, but it doesn't tell us who you are. Google may process this information outside Australia. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page.
Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to download them. The music video link opens YouTube, which has its own privacy policy. If we add advertising tools in future, we'll update this policy.
Contacting you
We only contact you by email or phone about the enquiry or job you've asked about. If you'd rather not hear from us, just let us know and we'll stop.
Access, corrections and questions
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing danny@mbcmedia.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
